How a Computer is Actually Made

Posted in Success by Admin

A lot of people will buy a computer from a brick and mortar store or from an online website and they wonÂ’t give a second thought to how it was made. Even the plastic cover looks like it is chrome because of a special technique called vacuum metalizing. This process is rather easy, but it canÂ’t be overlooked because visuals are half the reason people like Macs better than PCs now.
The tiny chips made mostly by the company Intel are put together using something called thin film deposition which fuses the metal delicately with thin films of material. The monitor is also rather complicated. The new LED screens are now lighter and they even use about half as much energy as the older models. High definition has made clearer viewing possible and there are now millions of colors in the display of a single monitor. Thin film coating is used to actually protect a lot of the technology as well as the monitors to maintain longer even through a lot of use.
When you look at it this way, five hundred to a thousand dollars seems a reasonable price to pay.
