Critical success factors
Success is a term that fills a person with confidence and motivates him as soon as he hears it. However, there are only a few who have been able to achieve success in their lives. It is sad but true that the percentage of people failing in their missions is more than those who have succeeded. The reason is they give up too easily, fear and expect failure even before they start off with their project, do not follow persistence and believe in others more than they do to themselves. It is not as hard to search success as it seems. Everybody can reach success if he/she follows and understand some critical success factors. These critical factors play a significant role in making an individual, successful in his/her aim. Here are some of these factors that you can observe, understand and follow in your life, in order to be successful. a) Confidence: This is the most important factor to succeed. A low self confidence can make a professional swimmer drown in the sea and confidence can make a non-swimmer survive, just because he thinks that he can succeed. b) Flaming ambition: You get up in the morning, work, eat, come back home and then sleep. It is enough to be ’successful’ in life and create a niche? Laze around on Sundays. The rest of the week create a goal for yourself and work on it. c) Forget miracles and overnight stardoms: These are just rumors and nothing else. Ask a movie star about his or her overnight success and he would tell you the rigorous hard work he has involved been in, for a year, doing double shifts, maintaining a diet and doing his homework regularly. Most people consider the movie release and the fame, this star achieves in his first show as overnight success. It’s just that they see the surface and do not dare diving deep in to the sea. d) Keep yourself motivated: Believe that you can succeed and you will. Keep yourself motivated no matter how many challenges or failures you may have to encounter in your life. Just keep going. e) Maintain discipline: Indiscipline has never resulted in to success. Maintain self discipline and you would see yourself shining bright in the sky. Above-mentioned are some of the critical success factors that would help and motivate you to achieve success in your mission. Never consider failure as the final decision of God. It is just the beginning. You have miles to walk before you reach your destination.
